Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ATKuniverse (atkuniverse.com), operated by Asante Theophilus Koranteng. By creating an account or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and — if you join a community — our Community Guidelines. If you don’t agree, please don’t use ATKuniverse.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep it up to date.
• You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person — don’t create accounts on someone else’s behalf without permission, or to impersonate another person or entity.

ATKuniverse offers courses, digital products, paid communities, and free content — the store, events, webinars, and ventures pages describe what’s currently available. Access to a specific course, product, or community is granted once your purchase or enrollment is confirmed, and stays available for as long as we make it available and your account is in good standing.

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute paid content without our permission.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use ATKuniverse for anything illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

If you join a community, you’re also agreeing to our Community Guidelines. In short: be respectful, don’t spam or harass other members, and follow the individual community’s own settings — some restrict link sharing to moderators, and moderators can lock chat, pin posts, censor banned language, and manage member roles (member, moderator, admin, owner). Violating these terms or the guidelines can result in content removal, a role change, or losing access to a community or your account.

Purchases are processed through Korapay and/or Paystack. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and you’re responsible for any taxes or fees your payment method or location applies. By purchasing, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown.

Refund eligibility is covered separately in our Refund Policy.

You own what you post — text, images, videos, chat messages, resources. By posting it on ATKuniverse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the site (for example, showing your post in a community feed, or an admin featuring it elsewhere on the site). You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you post, and that it doesn’t violate these terms, our guidelines, or anyone else’s rights.

We can remove content that violates these terms or our guidelines, and community moderators can do the same within their own community, at any time.

Everything else on ATKuniverse — course materials, site design, branding, and other content we create — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a course or product gives you a personal license to use it as intended; it doesn’t transfer ownership or give you the right to redistribute it.

We’ll send transactional messages related to your account and purchases regardless of your notification settings (for example, order confirmations). Push notifications and newsletter emails are opt-in, and you can turn them off at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

You can stop using ATKuniverse and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our guidelines, or applicable law, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

ATKuniverse is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (financial, professional, or otherwise) will result from using our courses, products, or communities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATKuniverse and Asante Theophilus Koranteng aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to ATKuniverse is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use ATKuniverse after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ATKuniverse operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
